Amazon's wording is "ultrafast grocery delivery from Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market". Two storefronts, delivered rather than collected, at membership speed. It sits on the benefit list as a straight inclusion — not a discount on something you still pay for, unlike Prime Video channels or Music Unlimited.

If grocery delivery works at your address and you would use it, it is one of the strongest benefits on the list — it saves time rather than money, which is the scarcer resource in term time. If it does not work at your address, cross it off entirely and judge the membership on delivery, cash back and Grubhub+ instead.
