What we collect

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and which links they use. This is aggregate and statistical — we use it to decide what to write next, not to identify you.

Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data including your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We also record a simple event when someone clicks a signup link, so we can tell which pages are useful. That event records the destination program and the page it was clicked from — nothing about you personally.

The contact form

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you send. We use them to reply and to check any correction you report.

Form submissions are delivered by email through Microsoft’s services. We do not store them in a database, add them to a mailing list, or use them for anything other than replying to you.

Anti-spam

The contact form uses a hidden field, a timing check, and a short-term per-address rate limit to block automated submissions. The rate limit holds an IP address in memory temporarily and it is not stored or logged anywhere permanent. We deliberately use no third-party captcha, so no additional company receives your data when you use the form.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data (including IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse.

What we do not collect

• No accounts or logins. There is nothing to sign into.
• No newsletter or mailing list. We do not collect email addresses for marketing.
• No payments. Nothing is sold here, so no payment details are ever handled.
• No advertising trackers or retargeting pixels. No ad networks, no social pixels, no data brokers.

Affiliate links

When you click a signup link on this site you are taken to Amazon through a redirect that adds our Amazon Associates tracking tag. That tag tells Amazon the visit came from us so a referral fee can be attributed. It carries no personal information about you.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use a browser extension, without affecting how the site works — nothing here depends on a cookie.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing.

In practice we hold very little: unless you have emailed us, we hold no personal data about you at all beyond aggregate analytics. If you have contacted us and want that correspondence deleted, email info@studyandsave.com and we will remove it.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
