1. What this site is

Study & Save is an independent publication operated by Type 5 Marketing LLC. It publishes information about Amazon’s Prime for Young Adults membership (formerly Prime Student) and related Amazon Prime plans in the United States.

2. Not affiliated with Amazon

Study & Save is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon, beyond participating in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Amazon, Amazon Prime, Prime for Young Adults and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

We cannot access your Amazon account, alter your membership, process refunds, or resolve a verification problem. Only Amazon customer service can.

3. Information, not advice

Everything here is general information about a consumer subscription. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Decide for yourself, and if a decision matters to you financially, check Amazon’s own terms before acting on anything here.

4. Accuracy, and its limits

We take accuracy seriously: every figure is quoted from an Amazon-owned page, linked, and stamped with the date it was checked, and all nine sources are re-checked at least every 90 days. Our full methodology.

Even so: Amazon can change prices, eligibility and terms at any time and without notice, and this program has changed its name, price and eligibility rules within the last year. A figure here can therefore be correct when checked and out of date when you read it. The “Verified” date on each page tells you when we last looked.

Amazon’s own pages are always the authority. If they disagree with us, they are right and we are wrong — and please tell us so we can correct it.

5. Affiliate links

This site contains affiliate links. If you sign up for a membership through one, we may earn a flat referral fee at no cost to you. Every such link is marked #ad. This does not change what we publish — the fee is the same whether we recommend a membership or advise against it. Full disclosure.

6. Third-party links

We link to Amazon and occasionally to other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Once you leave studyandsave.com, their terms apply.

7. Use of this site

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, or to break Amazon’s terms
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Republish substantial parts of the content as your own
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers

Quoting us with attribution and a link is welcome. That is how a well-sourced page is supposed to work.

8. Intellectual property

The writing, layout and design of this site are owned by Type 5 Marketing LLC. Quotations from Amazon’s pages remain Amazon’s and are reproduced for reference, with attribution and a link to the source. Photography is licensed stock, credited in our records.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Type 5 Marketing LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including any decision to join or not join a membership. Your contract for any membership is with Amazon, not with us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Type 5 Marketing LLC is established.
