Reporting a figure that looks wrong
This is the message we most want to receive. Amazon changed this program’s name, price and eligibility within a year, and although we re-check all nine sources every 90 days, a reader who hits a different number at checkout will always see it before a scheduled pass does.
If you can, include which page and what Amazon showed you instead. We check the claim against Amazon’s own page, and if we were wrong we correct it in place with a dated note rather than editing it away quietly. Our corrections policy.
What we cannot help with
Worth saying so you do not lose a day waiting on us. Study & Save is an independent publication and has no affiliation with Amazon and no access to your account. We cannot see your membership, chase a stuck verification, process a refund, or cancel anything for you. Only Amazon customer service can do any of that.
